01 — Capabilities

A campaign tool that tells you the truth

Most tools show you a delivery percentage and stop. This one keeps the receipt for every message it sends.

  • Multi-step sequences

Chain follow-ups with day-based delays. Step timing is computed once at schedule time, so a campaign behaves exactly as you laid it out.

  • Per-recipient delivery log

Every send, delivery, bounce and rejection with the verbatim reply from the receiving server — searchable by address, campaign or failure reason.

  • Open & click tracking

Signed, expiring tracking tokens on your own domain. No third-party pixel, no shared link shortener diluting your reputation.

  • Bring your own provider

SMTP, Resend, SendGrid or Amazon SES. Switch providers from the settings screen without touching a campaign.

  • Audience management

Import from CSV, XLSX or JSON with live progress, organise with categories, and sync WooCommerce customers automatically.

  • Rate control & roles

Cap sends per minute to satisfy strict SMTP hosts, and scope who can do what across superadmin, admin and viewer.

02 — How it works

Three steps to a campaign you can audit

  1. 01

    Bring your audience

Upload a spreadsheet or connect WooCommerce. Contacts land in categories you can target, and duplicates are handled for you.

  2. 02

    Compose the sequence

Write each step, set the delay between them, pick your audience and schedule it. Preview before anything leaves the building.

  3. 03

    Watch every send land

Follow the campaign live: who received it, who opened it, who bounced — and for anything that failed, precisely why.

03 — Deliverability

Know the difference between a bad address and a closed door

When a message does not arrive, the reason matters. A mistyped address is a data problem. A mailbox provider refusing your mail is a reputation problem — and they are fixed in completely different ways. Every failure is classified the moment it happens.

Classifications derive from the SMTP reply code and the provider error, and are kept alongside the raw server response.

  • Blocked on reputation or policy
  • Address does not exist
  • Throttled for sending too fast
  • Credentials or domain misconfigured
04 — Get started

See it on your own data

Tell us a little about your list and we will walk you through a campaign end to end — including the parts other tools hide.

05 — Questions

Before you ask

Do I need my own email provider?

Yes, and that is deliberate. You connect SMTP, Resend, SendGrid or Amazon SES, so your sending reputation and your data stay yours. You can switch provider later without rebuilding a single campaign.

Does it work in Arabic?

The whole interface ships in English and Arabic with full right-to-left layout — not a translation bolted on, but the same components rendered in both directions.

What happens when an email fails?

It is logged against the recipient with the raw server response and a classified reason, so you can tell a bad address apart from a provider refusing your mail. Bounces and spam complaints also update the contact automatically.

Can I control who sees what?

Three roles: superadmin manages system settings, admin runs campaigns and contacts, viewer is read-only. Sensitive changes are written to an audit trail.
